Spectrum capture showing both data and idling FSK modes
A strong FSK signal appears regularly on 14192 kHz. The signal is strong in my area and it operates in two distinct FSK modes (one for idling and one for actual data transfer). According to the IARU Region 1 Monitoring System, the transmitter is located in or near Kaliningrad, Russia. This system is called T600 in Russia and BEE/36-50 in western sources.
Listeners have also reported to UDXF a station sending military CW traffic using call sign OQ2V on the same frequency in June 2015.
