Meteo FAX on 7100 kHz

HF-Fax 20160118 0303
Surface analysis for N. Atlantic chart - 2016-01-18

Yesterday afternoon a meteo station started sending meteo charts by FAX on 7100 kHz (this is the USB dial frequency, "white" is on 7101.9 kHz). No station identification is sent but it is believed that it is a military station in the United Kingdom.

MX beacon K on 7039.3 kHz

20151028 MX K 7039.2 kHz
Tonight I heard again after a long time the Letter Beacon (MX) "K" on 7039.3 kHz. This beacon is located in he Russian Far East, possibly near Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky according to the IARU Region 1 Monistoring System and the HF underground wiki. While other beacons of this cluster moved out of the 40 m amateur radio band to 7509 kHz, this one remained on its old frequency.

Beacon V on 7091.5 kHz

A SPECTRAN screenshot of beacon V on 7091.5 kHz. This 40 m intruder is a russian military operation and, according to DK2OM of IARU R1, is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I failed to locate the spurii at +/- 750 Hz, possibly due to the high level of electrical noise at my location.

14 MHz intruder

Spectrum capture on 20m band using Perseus SDR (2014-12-25, 1420 UTC)
A 20 kHz wide signal, possibly a HF radar obliterates 14215-14235 kHz on Christmas Day 2014.

According to information posted on Twente SDR, it is the Russian 29B6 OTHR, as it is about 14 kHz wide.

Spectrum capture on 13 MHz band using Perseus SDR (2014-12-25, 1446 UTC)

The western Pluto OTHR is 20 kHz wide, so I believe the second spectrum capture centered on 13000 kHz is Pluto.
